Services:
The CEME Gateway to Investment programme aims to help small businesses access a variety of forms of finance to enable them to grow and improve their performance. On offer to businesses are seminars and workshops, help to identify different sources of finance (including both debt and equity), one-to-one support from specialist advisors as well as on-going support to develop a sound proposition and winning pitch. As the programme is part-funded by ERDF, all services are free to eligible businesses.
Eligibility:
Businesses need to be classed as SMEs (less than 250 employees, annual turnover less than £38 million) and be based in one of the following boroughs: Barking & Dagenham, Bexley, Greenwich, Havering, Lewisham, Newham, Redbridge and Tower Hamlets. They should also be in the technology, engineering or manufacturing sectors or have a technology based product or service which they wish to finance.
